Privacy Policy

UArena connects people with personal trainers, coaches, and venues to organize schedules and bookings. This policy explains what information the app uses and how.

1. What we collect

• Name. The name you enter is shown to the trainer or venue you book with, so they know who is coming.
• Schedules and bookings. The trainers/venues you join, the time slots you book, and the schedule you set up as a trainer or venue.
• Location. Used only to show trainers and venues near you on the map. Your location is never stored on our servers and is not shared with trainers, venues, or anyone else.
• Camera. Used only to scan a QR code to join a schedule. No photo or video is stored or transmitted; the camera feed is processed on your device to read the code and nothing else.

2. Where your data lives

In this version, your data is stored locally on your device. If UArena later adds cloud sync (iCloud/CloudKit), it will only be to let you access your own data across your own devices — never to build profiles or sell information.

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not use your location for advertising.
• We do not share your booking history with third parties.

4. Subscriptions

If you are a trainer or venue, subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. UArena does not process or store payment information — Apple manages billing, renewal, and cancellation.

5. Children's privacy

UArena is not directed at children under 13. If a class or session involves a minor, the responsible adult manages the booking; UArena does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. Your rights

You can delete your name, your joined schedules, and your bookings at any time from Settings inside the app. This removes the data from your device.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
